The Dolphin (PG) Institute of Biomedical and Natural Sciences in Manduwala, Dehradun, joined the global celebration of International Yoga Day on June 21, 2023. A total of 123 enthusiastic students participated in the event. The celebration was organized with the aim of promoting the practice of yoga and creating awareness about its numerous benefits. The event witnessed the presence of Sh. Vipul Garg, the Dean of Students’ Welfare (DSW), and renowned yoga trainer Ms. Kiran Chaudhary. Dr. Virender Kumar, Mr. Sudhir Bharati, SAO, and others.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by Sh. Vipul Garg. He expressed his gratitude to all the participants and guests for their presence and emphasized the importance of yoga in maintaining physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Sh.
